Monitor Challenge 2024: International Strategy Case Competition 

 
Monitor Deloitte offers you an opportunity to expand your international network, win exclusive prizes and travel to a European destination to demonstrate your case-solving skills in our new business strategy case competition, the Monitor Challenge.
 
What is Monitor Challenge?

 
Monitor Challenge is our global case competition in which you in a team setting get to solve a real-life strategy case and build hands-on experience in working as a strategy consultant. The challenge is divided in two – a national competition and an international competition.

 
The national competition  
 
During one full day in Copenhagen, you will solve a real-life business strategy case in a team setting. To support you, one of our senior team members will coach you in problem-solving, and a facilitator will guide you through the case. You will also get the chance to network with other students from top Danish universities and get to know the Copenhagen-based Monitor Deloitte team through various training and networking sessions. The winning team qualifies for the international competition.

Prior to the national competition you will be invited for a problem solving crash course facilitated by one of our experienced strategists.

The international competition

 
Winning teams from all over Europe will join the international competition. You and your team will be asked to solve a new strategy business case, while getting to network with other international finalists – selected top students from the best universities in Europe. In addition, you will get to expand your professional international network as you will meet Monitor Deloitte team members from other European countries.

Prior to the international challenge, the winning team from the national challenge will be invited to a pre-case course where you'll also get to know the other international winners.

During the competitions, we will invite extraordinary talents to interview for potential full-time positions in our team.

You can either gather a team of four students and apply as a one group or apply as an individual and get a team assigned by us. If you sign up as a team, each member must register individually, but you can use the same text in your motivation. Students across Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes are invited to apply. All participants need to submit their individual CVs and a short motivational text to no later than 11th February 2024.
