Deloitte Excel & PowerBI Event
In order to provide stellar counselling as a consultant within the CFO area, it is highly necessary to be able to both handle and convey data in the most efficient way. For this purpose, Excel and PowerBI are some of the best, most accessible, and most user-friendly tools in the market. Therefore, Deloitte Finance & Performance is inviting you to join us for an event, where you will gain insights into the practical application of Excel and PowerBI in creating solutions to real-life complex issues.
Structure of the day:
The day will kick off with a short introduction to Deloitte Consulting and Finance & Performance, including our consulting approach and daily tasks. Afterwards, the first part of the day will introduce you to the most essential and useful features of Excel and PowerBI. Here you will learn how these can be applied for developing analyses, controlling, reporting, and much more that help form the basis of a CFO’s daily decision-making, financial management, and support the company’s strategic direction. Hence, there will be plenty of challenges for both new and experienced users of Excel and PowerBI. During the day, you will get the opportunity to seek advice from experienced Deloitte Consultants as well as other ambitious students.
Who?
The most relevant profile:
- Is a Master student or highly motivated Bachelor student
- Will have an interest in finance, controlling, or management accounting
- Is curious about the life as a consultant
- Has a desire to gain insight into broad finance disciplines such as operational finance, financial management, controlling, and reporting
