Female Academy 2024

 

We are inviting female students to join Deloitte Female Academy - an educational programme for creative, ambitious, and knowledge-hungry women.

 

With Deloitte Female Academy, we create a space where you can bring your unique talents and passions to the table and expand your network with peers, professionals, and leaders. Between September and November 2024, we will take you on a professional journey that will give you the opportunity to build valuable knowledge and acquire specific tools that you can use in your future career. Over the course of six sessions with six different themes, a range of dedicated people will facilitate educational workshops, inspiring talks, debates, and challenging events, as well as share their personal stories.  

 

The Female Academy programme 2024

By applying to participate in Deloitte Female Academy, you commit to joining all sessions of the programme that will take place on the following dates in Copenhagen:

 

  • Session 1, Thursday 12 September: Kick-off - Welcome to Female Academy and Deloitte
  • Session 2,  Thursday 26 September: Understand yourself and others
  • Session 3, Thursday 10 October: Deliver with impact - Find your inner presenter
  • Session 4, Thursday 24 October: Wellbeing and meditation for a sustainable career
  • Session 5, Thursday 7 November: Workshop about unconscious bias
  • Session 6, Thursday 21 November: After-work Drinks and "Thank you for now" with Deloitte

   

* All meetings are held in the evening and start at 16.00 earliest.

After you have participated in the programme you will be invited to join our Female Academy Alumni Network. A professional community for former participants which today counts around 130 creative, ambitious, and knowledge-hungry women. Through the network, you are invited to one yearly event full of inspiration and knowledge-sharing. You will furthermore have the opportunity to stay in touch with peers from your programme year as well as make new connections across the year groups.
    

How to become a part of the programme 

We embrace talent in its various forms and are searching for all of you who identify as Business Quants, Digital Business Strategists, Software Wizards, People Strategists, Strategic Audit Wizards, Analytics & Math Masters, Social Scientists or Innovation Artists.

To make sure that all participants obtain maximum value from the academy, the number of seats will be limited. Applicants will be subjected to a screening process, so you must include a motivational letter where you touch on the following questions: Why do you wish to participate in the programme? Which experiences and competences do you bring into the network? Which main strengths would you like to bring into play in your future career? Your application should be max one page. 

   

If you are selected to join the programme, you will receive an invitation no later than 22 August 2024.
